Welcome & Congratulations on your engagement! Your wedding day will be one of the most important days of your life, and I look forward in capturing those special moments for you. My job is to capture the special moments and details of your wedding day from the beginning to the end.
THE CONSULTATION
Every bride is unique and every photographer has their own special photography style. Therefore, it is important that we get to know each other so we can determine if I am good fit for you! During the consultation we will chat and discuss your wedding day and tell you more about the Shannon Ford Photography Wedding Experience and how the booking process works.
SECURE YOUR DATE
Now that we have determined that we are a good fit, it is time to make sure your date is available so we can officially begin the booking process! Once your deposit is paid, your date will be secured and you will make it official!
YOUR ENGAGEMENT SESSION
After you have booked your wedding day, we will schedule the engagement session! I will work with you to help determine the best location(s) for your shoot based on your style and the look you are going for.
THE TIMELINE
Weeks before your wedding, we will work together to create a custom wedding photography timeline. The timeline is essential in making sure we get all the important and fun wedding photos documented. Your wedding day will run smoothly with a wedding photography timeline mapping out when and what I will be shooting.
THE WEDDING DAY
On the day of your wedding, I will capture all the special moments and details that will tell your wedding day story! I will capture everything from the details of you getting ready to having your first dance. After your wedding day, I will share my favorite images from your big day so family and friends will get a glimpse of your amazing wedding day!
GALLERY & ALBUM DESIGN
Four to six weeks after your wedding, you will receive your online gallery of your wedding day images! You will be able to download and share your images with family and friends. I will also send a detailed guide explaining the album design process and how to order professional prints & products.
